Zenith’s MEC Economical Ultrasonic Cleaner may be the perfect fit for your application and budget
If you need a simple economical ultrasonic cleaner that includes ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing, and perhaps drying but have a limited budget, our MEC line of cleaning systems might be perfect for you and are considerably less costly than console-grade systems. These systems include the features that are normally required such as heating systems and ultrasonic timers while not including the options that are available on console-grade machines such a pump drain options, auto-fill and liquid level maintenance options, agitation options, water quality options, automation, and others. They are a bit less convenient to operate than a console-grade system, are only suitable for loads up 35 pounds, and are of a multi-piece design where each tank and ultrasonic generator is independent of the other. Although the MEC series is not available with many options, they will provide the same cleaning performance that you expect from a Zenith cleaning system.
MEC2 Cleaning System Specifications

MEC4 Cleaning System Specifications
- This system includes a single ultrasonic cleaning tank, dual cascading overflow rinsing tanks, and a drying tank.
- All stainless construction with industrial-grade controls & drain backs.
- Since 2 rinsing tanks are included, this system is capable of producing zero-residue cleaning results when the tanks contain deionized water.
- In addition, water consumption is lower than a single-tank rinse system since less water is required to maintain the water quality in the final rinse tank.
- This system would be a good choice for final cleaning of parts that will not undergo further processing after passing through the ultrasonic cleaning system.
