Deionization Systems for Zero-residue Cleaning Results
Deionization systems are used to purify the water in rinse tanks to remove detergents, minerals, and other dissolved materials that would produce spots on parts after they are dried. If your cleaning application requires zero-residue spot-free cleaning results, a Zenith deionization system or other means of purifying your rinse water will be required. Zenith offers 2 different deionization system models that can address most cleaning applications, both of which include all of the components required to purify and re-use the same rinse water continuously. Deionization systems are available directly mounted to a new Zenith cleaning system or as a separate system.
ZDI 1.5 and 3.0 Deionization Systems
Zenith’s 2 deionization system models are perfectly suited for the purification of rinse water to reduce water consumption while simultaneously eliminating water spotting or other waterborne residues on your parts after completion of the cleaning process.
