Single-tank ultrasonic consoles
Our single-tank ultrasonic consoles are large ultrasonic cleaners which include only the ultrasonic cleaning tanks. They are designed to clean larger batches of parts or those which are heavier than can be cleaned in our table-top ultrasonic cleaners. In addition, a large number of options can be added to these systems which are not available on our smaller ultrasonic cleaners.
Systems include polished tubular stainless steel frames for superior strength and longevity when compared to sheet metal framing which is commonly used to reduce cost, removable ultrasonic transducers to prevent the need for tank replacement due to cavitational erosion, NEMA4X control enclosures with industrial-grade controls, double-welded seam-less tank design with external support structures, and easily-accessed internally-mounted components.
