4-Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems

The MTC4 multi-configuration 4-tank ultrasonic cleaning line is a 4-tank aqueous system that is available in 3 different styles such as:

Single ultrasonic cleaning tank, dual cascade rinsing tanks, and a drying tank: Most common version of this system sold which will produce zero-residue results when properly equipped.
Single ultrasonic cleaning tank, triple rinse tanks: Produces the same zero-residue cleaning results as 2 rinse tanks, but the extra rinse tank reduces water consumption considerably and drying is not included.
Dual ultrasonic cleaning tanks, single rinsing tank, and a drying tank: Used when parts are highly contaminated such as in the automotive service industry and part volume is high, but zero residue cleaning results are not required.
