3-Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems (Clean/Rinse/Dry)
The MTC3 multi-configuration cleaner is a 3-tank ultrasonic system that is available in 2 different formats such as:
- Single ultrasonic cleaning tank, and dual rinsing tanks: Used when high cleaning quality is required but drying is not.
- Single ultrasonic cleaning tank, single rinsing tank, and a drying tank: Appropriate when high cleaning quality is not necessarily required, but parts must be dry when they exit the system. This is the perfect design for pre-cleaning prior to other manufacturing operations which will re-contaminate parts again.
Any of the above designs is a standard 3-tank ultrasonic offering at Zenith, and we will assist you in determining which system would be best for your application.
