2-Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems (Clean/Rinse)

The MTC2 2-tank ultrasonic cleaning line is designed for customers which only require cleaning and rinsing operations. The system can also be configured to provide cleaning and drying in the event that rinsing is not required, or we can provide a dual ultrasonic cleaning system as well. Zenith will assist you in determining which format would be appropriate for your application.

These 2-tank ultrasonic systems include all of the features needed for a typical aqueous ultrasonic cleaning operation such as digital heating systems, filtration systems, and ultrasonic cycle timers. Systems can be upgraded to include more advanced features such as agitation/oscillation systems, semi-automated operation, fully-automated operation and more.
