Large Ultrasonic Cleaners for Heavier and Larger Parts
Large ultrasonic cleaners come in many different varieties, from those that include only the ultrasonic cleaning tank, those that include cleaning and rinsing tanks, and others that include cleaning, rinsing, and drying. These systems typically include tanks which are 70-3000 gallons and larger in capacity, and include load platforms which can support heavier parts.
STC Single-tank Consoles
For those that require only the ultrasonic cleaning tank and already have a means to rinse and dry their parts, our STC-line of cleaning systems would be the perfect option. Standard sizes are available from 30-478 gallons. These systems include filtration, digital timer, all stainless steel construction, digital heating systems, tubular stainless steel supports, industrial-grade controls, NEMA4X control enclosures, your choice of ultrasonic frequency (including our patented CROSSFIRE system) and much more.
MMTC Multi-tank Ultrasonic Cleaners
Our manual multi-tank ultrasonic cleaners are available with cleaning and rinsing, cleaning rinsing and drying, and other combinations which include rust preventative tanks or other processes. Baskets are moved from tank-to-tank using overhead handling equipment or other means. If you need a system which includes more than just the ultrasonic cleaning tank and your parts are large and heavy, our MTC-line of cleaning systems will suit your needs well. Systems include filtration, digital heating systems, digital timers, and all of Zenith’s other higher-end design features.
Custom Single-tank Large Ultrasonic Cleaners
There are instances where a customer wants only an ultrasonic cleaning tank (no rinsing or drying included) and a standard tank just wont be large enough to address a cleaning application. This is when a custom single-tank large ultrasonic cleaner will be required. The great news is that Zenith does not charge anything extra to make any custom cleaning tank or system, and tanks of virtually any size or shape can be manufactured and can include any feature an option you wish to include.
Large Custom MTC Multi-stage Cleaners
When our customer requires cleaning, rinsing, and drying, or some other combination of tanks and our standard line of multi-tank cleaners is not adequate for their needs, a large custom multi-tank system is required, and there is never any extra charge for customization at Zenith. We will design your system using the latest 3D solid modeling techniques and test the design using Finite Element Analysis to ensure that it will work as required for decades to come. All systems are available with any imaginable option or feature such as filtration, oil skimming, oil coalescing, digital timers, digital heaters, and much more.
Large Automated Cleaning Systems
Zenith has the largest selection of large ultrasonic cleaners that include automation. An automation system will eliminate the labor needed to lift, lower, and transfer baskets through the cleaning process. In the vast majority of cases, the return on the investment can be made in approximately 1 year.
Automated cleaning systems start with a multi-stage console to which the automation system is added. We have automation for industrial, medical/precision, and those that are designed for large batches of small parts. We even have a basket-less conveyorized system which we call the Orbit that might suit your needs.
