Add Agitation Systems to our Table-top Ultrasonic Cleaners to Improve Performance

Zenith’s Mark V Agitation Systems turns our standard 400-1 or 800-2 table-top ultrasonic cleaning systems into a semi-automated cleaning tank that will not only greatly improve cleaning performance but can also prevent cavitational damage to sensitive machined or polished-aluminum parts. By moving the parts during the cleaning process, the following benefits are obtained:

  • Parts are scanned through the ultrasonic cleaning tank to more evenly-distribute the scrubbing action on the surface.
  • Dragging action of liquids across the surface of the parts aids in the removal of most contaminants, especially if the parts are passed through the surface of the liquid.
  • Agitation prevents parts from resting at the same location for an extended period of time. This can prevent damage to sensitive metal parts such as those manufactured of polished or machined aluminum.
  • Blind holes and cavities can be filled and drained repeatedly to flush out contaminants which are loosened by the ultrasonic cleaning action.

If your parts are small enough to be processed in our larger table-top cleaning systems and you want the best possible performance, the Mark V agitation systems are a great choice.
