When one of our larger single-tank cleaners (STC) is simply not large enough to support your application, Zenith can manufacture a custom tank size to fit your needs perfectly. The only limitation regarding the size available is loading dock and trucking capabilities, and tanks over 3000 gallons in size have been manufactured for customers by Zenith. Tanks can be long and narrow, rectangular, or square based on your needs, and can include high-volume filtration systems, oil removal and skimming, agitation and lift platforms, or any one of our other options.
When single-tank cleaners of this size are designed, Zenith uses Finite Element Analysis to ensure that the structure and tank can support the weight of the liquid and parts load. The machine will be manufactured using our high quality standards using stainless steel tubular framing, heavy-gauge double-welded and supported tanks with our exclusive large tank welding techniques which eliminate weld stresses at the corners of the tank, and more.
