Large ultrasonic cleaners come in many different varieties, from those that include only the ultrasonic cleaning tank, those that include cleaning and rinsing tanks, and others that include cleaning, rinsing, and drying. These systems typically include tanks which are 70-3000 gallons and larger in capacity, and include load platforms which can support heavier parts.

MMTC Multi-tank Ultrasonic Cleaners
- Available with cleaning and rinsing, cleaning rinsing and drying, and other combinations.
- Baskets are moved from tank-to-tank using existing overhead handling equipment.
- Automation systems such as TRANSTAR or ADVANTAGE can be added.
- If you need a system which includes more than just the ultrasonic cleaning tank
- Systems include filtration, digital heating systems, digital timers, and all of Zenith’s other higher-end design features.
Custom Single-tank Large Ultrasonic Cleaners
- When a standard tank just wont be large enough to address a cleaning application.
- Zenith does not charge anything extra to make any custom cleaning tank or system, and tanks of virtually any size or shape can be manufactured and can include any feature an option you wish to include.
Large Custom MTC Multi-stage Cleaners
- When our standard line of multi-tank cleaners is not adequate for your needs, a large custom multi-tank system is needed.
