Z-60 Aqueous Alkaline Cleaning Fluid
Z-60 aqueous alkaline cleaning fluid is our most successful general purpose steel and stainless steel cleaner. This ultrasonic cleaning solution is suitable for the following applications and materials:
- Removes lubricants, coolants, general shop contaminants, and other common contaminants.
- Commonly used at concentrations of 5-10% in water
- pH of 11-11.5
- Used at temperatures below 150 degrees Fahrenheit
- Sold in 4 gallon cases or 55 gallon drums
- Perfect for steel stamping or CNC manufactured parts.
Agent ACS Multi-metal Cleaner
When you need to remove light contaminants from aluminum parts, or parts made of different metals, Agent ACS is the perfect ultrasonic cleaning solution.
- Removes lubricants, coolants, general shop contaminants, ink, and other common contaminants.
- Commonly used at concentrations of 5-15% in water.
- Includes brighteners to brighten the appearance of aluminum and other materials
- pH of 11-11.5
- Used at temperatures below 150 degrees Fahrenheit

Agent ACS Multi-metal Cleaner
Super Citrus is a non-hazardous biodegradable terpene cleaner which is manufactured of orange peel extract. Although it is mixed with water, it acts like a solvent, dissolving heavy oil and grease contamination with ease.
- Perfect for light-medium-duty .automotive and transmission parts cleaning applications.
- Removes oil, grease, burned carbon residues, transmission fluid, and other contaminants.
- Multi-metal safe. Cleans aluminum, brass, steel, stainless steel, copper, and other materials.
- Commonly used at concentrations of 5-15% in water.
- pH of 10-10.5.

Super Citrus Plus High-Strength Multi-Metal Cleaner
Super Citrus Plus is a non-hazardous biodegradable terpene cleaner which is manufactured of orange peel extract that is a higher-strength version of our Super Citrus cleaner. Although it is mixed with water, it acts like a solvent, dissolving heavy oil and grease contamination with ease. Commonly used for automotive cleaning applications to remove heavy deposits of burned carbon, oil, grease, clutch residues, and other similar contaminants.
- Perfect for heavy duty automotive and transmission parts cleaning applications.
- Removes oil, grease, burned carbon residues, transmission fluid, glues, gum, tar, and other contaminants.
- Multi-metal safe. Cleans aluminum, brass, steel, stainless steel, copper, and other materials.
- Commonly used at concentrations of 5-15% in water.
- pH of 12-12.5.

UHD Heavy Duty Alkaline Cleaner
UHD is Zenith’s highly-alkaline heavy duty cleaning fluid which is used to remove the toughest contaminants from steel or stainless steel parts. Very-low conductivity yields no-spot cleaning results, and built-in rust/oxidation inhibitor is included.
- Used for removing inks, polishing/buffing compounds, oils, greases, wax, drawing compounds, metalworking fluids, and carbonaceous soils.
- No-spot cleaning results even when used with no-rinse cleaning applications.
- Typically used at 1-10% concentrations at temperatures from 110-165 degrees F.
- Remains clear even at elevated temperature (high cloud point).
- Not compatible with aluminum, magnesium, copper, zinc, lead, tin, or their alloys.
- Non-foaming formulation is perfect for wire cleaning or other applications which high circulation rates.
NFC1500 No-Foam Non-Silicated Cleaner
NFC1500 is a no-foam alkaline cleaning agent which does not include silicates that leave residues on parts or equipment. Perfect for spray washers or ultrasonic cleaners, it is multi-metal-safe and has a pH of less than 10 when mixed with water.
- Non-foaming cleaning agent.
- Removes metalworking fluids, greases, inks, polishing/buffing compounds, and other contaminants.
- Will not leave sludge or residues on equipment when it dries on the surface.
- Excellent choice for pre-plating or coating applications.

Scale Remover 22
Scale remover 22 is an acidic cleaning agent used to remove rust and scale from steel components or oxidation/tarnish from copper and brass parts.
- Removes rust, scale, mineral deposits, oxidation, and tarnish
- Commonly used at concentrations of 2-10% in water.
- NOT to be used with aluminum parts
- pH of 1.5-2

- Perfect for in-line copper wire and brass cleaning applications.
CP2 One-step Cleaning/Passivation Agent
CP2 is a one-step phosphate-free cleaning fluid that simultaneously passivates parts using citric acid. No neutralizing agents are required after the process.
- Removes rust, scale, mineral deposits, oxidation, and other contaminants.
- Typically used at 10-30% concentration.
- Passivates parts in 4-20 minutes depending upon bath temperature.
- Free-rinsing and biodegradable.
- pH of 2.5 in concentrated form

ZENOPAR High-flash Hydrocarbon Cleaning Fluid
Zenopar is a very unique hydrocarbon cleaning fluid that has a flash point of 212 degrees F. It is commonly used as a metal strip degreaser prior to hydrogen annealing and will not leave any hydrocarbon residues after this process.

RP 408 Aqueous Rust Preventative
RP 408 is an aqueous rust preventative fluid which is typically added to the final of a cleaning operation to prevent rusting of steel parts or oxidation/discoloration of other metals.
- Used at concentrations of 1-2% for up to 90 days of protection.
- Used at higher concentrations for longer protection.
- Does not typically interfere with subsequent coating or painting operations.
- Very light detergent odor.
