Zenith Ultrasonics manufactures every conceivable type of
ultrasonic cleaner,
from industrial-grade degreasers, to cleanroom-grade precision cleaners for
ultra-critical technologies. The links at left provide access to
information on some of our more standard product lines, but by no means
represents all of our capabilities.
Please choose from one of the following equipment options. If the
options at left do not provide you with the information or system variety you
are looking for, contact us directly for a quotation and applications
assistance. If you are
not familiar with ultrasonic equipment, we suggest that you visit the About Ultrasonics page, which will first
describe the ultrasonic cleaning process, then explain how each of our equipment
options, and how each may work with your cleaning application.
Table-top systems are small cleaning tanks used
for small parts at low volumes. Rinsing and drying are not included,
which are typically part of every cleaning application.
If you have a high-volume cleaning application for smaller parts under
9" in length, the VORTEX is the perfect automated equipment solution to your cleaning
application. Fully automated clean/rinse/dry ultrasonic system that
will eject a basket of parts every 4-8 minutes with zero residue results
using tap water!
Multi-tank systems are the most common ultrasonic cleaner design.
Each tank accomplishes part of the parts cleaning process. The first
tank is usually an ultrasonic cleaning tank, with rinse tanks and dryer tanks
added as required. Cost effective automation is also available,
and a Zenith specialty.
Zenith offers 2 different automation options for your convenience.
Automation is VERY cost effective at Zenith, and any ultrasonic cleaner can
be automated, with capacities up to 2000 pounds and more. Do NOT miss
the opportunity to have Zenith quote your next automated system.
If you have an existing tank which you may wish to activate
ultrasonically, select this option. Zenith can provide only the
ultrasonic components which are mounted into your tank.
Simultaneous Multi-frequency Ultrasonic Cleaners include transducers and
generators of more-than-one frequency, to produce drastically improved
cleaning action over any single-frequency system. And, it is patented
by Zenith (patent 5,865,199 and 6,019,852).
If you are new to ultrasonics, please visit this page for information
on exactly how these systems work, how each equipment option works,
and how to determine which equipment option would be best for your cleaning
application.
This page will provide a partial list of available optional equipment,
such as waste evaporators, pH control, automatic detergent injection,
oscillation systems, filtration, heating, HEPA filtration, enclosures, spray
systems, and many others.
Zenith's SSW-840 Ultrasonic Wire and Strip Cleaning Systems will
clean, rinse, and dry wire and manufacturing metal strip in-line to remove
manufacturing lubricants and other contaminants.
